Meet The Doctors

Dr. Jolene Zheng

Clinical Director

Dr. Jolene Zheng grew up in Indiana, Pennsylvania with two loving parents and two younger siblings.  She graduated from University of Pittsburgh for both her undergraduate studies and dental school.  After looking for a change in scenery, she now resides in Frederick, MD and found her second family at Covenant Family Dentistry. Here, she specializes in prevention, diagnosis and treatment of the oral cavity, and treatments not limited to fillings, crowns/bridges, extractions, partials/dentures.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Jolene loves spending her free time exploring all the good eateries as a self-proclaimed “foodie” with her fiancé, Christian. Her other favorite activities are watching movies and shows with her favorite cherry Poppi beverage and finding motivation to visit the gym. 

Although still new to town, the residents of Waynesboro remind her of home —welcoming and warm. She is excited to provide dental care for her patients and hopes that she can give them the happiness and confidence in their smiles that they deserve.

Dr. Matthew Cradduck

Dr. Matthew Cradduck joined Covenant in 2023. Born and raised in Mercersburg, Pennsylvania, Dr. Cradduck is one of eight children in the Cradduck family. His upbringing kindled a love for outdoors, sports and spending time with friends and family from church. Dr. Cradduck and his wife Kara longed to return back to the area during the 8 years of schooling Dr. Cradduck completed to become a dentist. The Cradducks currently lives in Welsh Run with their brand new son Felix. 

Dr. Cradduck, pursued his dental education at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where his father had also honed his skills as a dentist. Here, he gained invaluable experience in handling complex health scenarios, performing extractions, and catering to Spanish-speaking populations. He was trained in a wide spectrum of procedures that a General Dentist encounters on a regular basis.

Upon graduation, Dr. Cradduck was excited to move back to a more rural location. Dr. Cradduck is wholeheartedly dedicated to upholding and expanding upon the great dental care that Covenant has provided over the years.

Dr. Trent Woodruff

Dr. Trent J. Woodruff is a native of Northeastern Pennsylvania. After high school, he earned his bachelor's degree from Penn State University and then pursued his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the LECOM School of Dental Medicine in Bradenton, Florida.

Dr. Trent has a genuine compassion for his patients, providing honest, quality care through comprehensive dentistry. He is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.

When not at work, Dr. Trent enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf and tennis, fishing, playing guitar, and working out. He looks forward to meeting and serving the Waynesboro and surrounding communities.

Dr. Roxanna Font

Dr. Roxanna Font Garcia is a dedicated dentist with a passion for providing high-quality dental care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Originally from Cuba, Dr. Roxy brings a unique blend of cultural understanding and professional expertise to the practice. She earned her dental degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) in Florida-Erie, PA, where she received comprehensive training in the latest dental techniques.

Her commitment to her patients is rooted in a deep desire to help them achieve healthy, beautiful smiles. 

Outside the office, Dr. Roxy enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and cherishing moments with her beloved dog. She believes that a balanced lifestyle helps her stay refreshed and focused, enabling her to offer the best care possible to her patients. Whether she's hiking, relaxing with a good book, or engaging with her community, Dr. Roxy always seeks to bring warmth and compassion to everything she does.
